Lilyan Bell

Since Lilyan was a child, she has had a passion for design. From creating eclectic ideas for her doll houses to helping her parents create sets for the plays they directed. She has studied Art History at Hunter College and attended The Art Students League in New York. In addition, she has studied photography and historical architecture at The New School.

As a successful real estate agent for the past two decades, Lily has utilized her design sense in staging many of her clients homes and preparing them for sale. Her attention to design detail is always an asset.

Candice Grams

Candice had a natural eye for design at the early age of 18, when she rented her first studio apartment. Small, however exciting, it allowed her to nurture her skill and masterfully made a space everyone wanted to hang out in.

Her next design jobs included two friends; an Attorney, and a Dentist, both of which had very unique tastes. One , very traditional, and the other willing to try anything, and, VOILA, her next successes.

The 19 years in new home construction Sales had engaged Candice to collaborate beginning to end design with her clients. Large, small, no matter the size, the result is to always make the clients smile in the end.
